Assist with account-based marketing initiatives. Help ensure that all field marketing-related activities have a plan and a process, and that all logistics are completed.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
  • Understand the basic functions of ChatGPT
  • AI Integration: Proactively leverages company-approved GenAI tools to automate routine tasks and accelerate high-value deliverables.
  • Strategic Oversight: Functions as the "Human-in-the-Loop," taking full accountability for auditing AI outputs for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and the removal of hallucinations.
  • Data Governance: Adheres strictly to AI security protocols, ensuring no proprietary or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data is exposed to unauthorized models.
  • Prompt Competency: Demonstrates the ability to craft clear, context-rich prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality results across various business domains.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns by helping build and manage target account lists, segments, and audience criteria
  • Assist in coordinating personalized, multi-channel campaigns across email, digital advertising, and sales outreach for key target accounts
  • Monitor and report on engagement from target accounts using platforms like Domo, identifying trends and surfacing insights to improve campaign performance
  • Partner with sales and SDR teams to track account activity, support follow-up efforts, and ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales outreach
  • Conduct research on target accounts, industries, and key stakeholders to inform personalization and messaging within ABM programs.
