Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, supply chain, or distribution
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Strong background in inventory management and logistics
- Experience supporting customer service and key accounts
- ERP/CRM system knowledge
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and lead in a fast-paced environment
