Responsibilities

Lead a team of warehouse associates while maintaining efficiency and safety.
Work on a process improvement project and present findings to Distribution executive team members.
Learn how to lead and develop diverse teams.
Collaborate with various functions within the Distribution or Fulfillment Center.
Shadow TJX operations leaders.
Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of the off-price business model.
Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
