Requirements
- Rising Juniors and Seniors currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program or students enrolled in a 2-year degree program.
- Available for the full duration of the summer internship program.
- Strong analytical thinkers with sophisticated problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership experience, team collaboration and strong communication skills.
- The confidence and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- An entrepreneurial drive, strong worth ethic, and business acumen.
- Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule depending on business needs.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of warehouse associates while maintaining efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with various functions within the Distribution or Fulfillment Center.
- Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Give a final presentation to Distribution executive team members upon completion of the internship.
