Requirements

• Rising Juniors and Seniors currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program or students enrolled in a 2-year degree program.
• Available for the full duration of the summer internship program (12 weeks).
• Strong analytical thinkers with sophisticated problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership experience, team collaboration, and strong communication skills.
• Confidence and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Entrepreneurial drive, strong work ethic, and business acumen.
• Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates while maintaining efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with various functions within the Distribution or Fulfillment Center.
• Learn from and shadow TJX operations leaders.
• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of the off-price business model.
• Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Work on a process improvement project and present findings to Distribution executive team members.
