  • Experience managing and developing both hourly and salaried team members in a fast-paced operational setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, drive accountability, and navigate difficult conversations effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a highly operational, hands-on environment with the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to review metrics, identify operational gaps, and implement process improvements.

  • Review operational metrics and fulfillment performance to identify gaps, improve SLAs, and drive data-informed operational decisions related to efficiency, capacity, and service levels.
  • Oversee fleet maintenance, vendor partnerships, and cross-dock operations to ensure products are delivered safely, on time, and in full.
  • Develop, implement, and refine operational processes, SOPs, and training programs to improve consistency, communication, and overall distribution performance across markets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Distribution, Logistics, Sales, Production, Data, and Tech teams to identify operational challenges, improve workflows, and scale best practices across the network.
  • Support new market launches through hiring, training, operational setup, process implementation, and launch execution to ensure successful market openings and ongoing operational stability.
