About The Position
As a Distribution Manager, you'll oversee our expansive 1.5 million square-foot Atlanta area warehouse, stocked with thousands of quality products. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years of management experience in high-volume distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 300+ employee team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Guide all aspects of day-to-day multi-site warehouse operations encompassing inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
- Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of nearly 500 warehouse employees, ensuring unparalleled customer service and same-day shipping.
- Uphold exceptional levels of performance in daily warehouse functions.
- Uphold exceptional levels of accuracy in daily warehouse functions.
- Uphold exceptional levels of safety in daily warehouse functions.
