Requirements

Four year minimum experience in Distribution Center/Warehouse
Must be experienced in MS office, especially Excel
Excellent communication both written and verbal

Nice To Haves

Four year degree preferred Business/Supply Chain/ Logistics
Preference may be given to candidates with experience at Valvoline Global

Responsibilities

Leading the daily operation of the distribution center
Work closely with Supply Chain Planning and Logistics to schedule the work between both departments
Manage the safety, quality, permits, environmental, maintenance and staffing requirements
Lead efforts to improve the operation, manage PIOs, develop budgets, lead daily operation meetings
Cost responsibility
Environmental Health & Safety Metrics
Budgeting and Long-term planning goals
Inventory management and order fulfillment KPIs
Hiring and staffing, team meetings, coordination with leadership
