About The Position

Phillips Pet is seeking a Logistics Analyst / TMS Administrator to join our Inbound Logistics team. This role is ideal for a data-driven supply chain professional who thrives on turning transportation data into actionable insights and driving continuous improvement. In this position, you’ll take ownership of our Transportation Management System (E2Open), lead analytics and reporting initiatives, and partner cross-functionally to optimize cost, service, and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, or ERP systems
  • 3+ years working with transportation systems (E2Open, Omnitracs, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of TL & LTL transportation operations
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, modeling, reporting)
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
  • Ability to analyze complex data and deliver business insights
  • Familiarity with transportation accounting and freight audit processes

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the E2Open TMS platform
  • Manage carrier setup, routing guides, scorecards, and system configuration
  • Troubleshoot integrations and collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve issues
  • Identify enhancements to improve system performance and user experience
  • Support training for internal teams and external partners
  • Develop and maintain KPIs (tender acceptance, on-time performance, freight cost, etc.)
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting and data sources
  • Support freight audit and payment processes; resolve discrepancies
  • Partner with Finance to validate transportation spend and GL activity
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and audit requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, carrier performance, and systems
  • Lead or support process improvement and change initiatives
  • Document and implement best practices across inbound transportation
  • Partner with Logistics, Operations, Finance, IT, and external carriers
  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making
