About The Position
This position is responsible for monitoring daily traffic, track trailer information, dispatch trucks out the gate, keep information regarding arrivals and departures entering leaving the facility, answering phones and communication with Material Handling on status of loads. These positions are also responsible for monitoring what is being brought into and out of the facility and enforcing Tyson policy if needed. This position is also in constant communication with truck drivers vendors customers of Tyson Fresh Meats and Team Members. Other job assignment duties may be assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate under stressful situations
- Excellent attendance (6 points or less)
- Disciplinary records of no WWS in the last 12 months
- Able to work in both hot and cold temperatures
- Able to work both independently and under supervision
- Positive work ethic and attitude
- Resume in PDF or Word must be attached to qualify
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
