Requirements

  • Requires minimum of 8 years of experience
  • Advanced English language fluency
  • Strong verbal and written communication to convey goals clearly
  • Active listening and the ability to give constructive feedback
  • Must have the ability to adjust to changing priorities
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • U.S. work authorization is required for roles below Principal level.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience supporting Medtronic distribution center operations, including waving orders, assigning isles, running orders, and batch swaps
  • Prior experience in a distribution center or in a warehouse operation
  • Some experience in delegating tasks to team members

Responsibilities

  • Performs a combination of manual and clerical Inbound and receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse.
  • Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting.
  • Follows Receiving practices, procedures, schedules and requirements.
  • Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for stock placement.
  • (un)packs or (un)wraps items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc.
  • Verifies incoming shipments, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on system, processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; reports materials shipped and bills of lading; posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations.
