The selected candidate must be able to cover additional event shifts throughout April, May, June, July, and August, as required.
Requirements
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Flexibility to cover additional event shifts throughout April, May, June, July, and August, as required.
Responsibilities
- Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
- Crowd control and customer service, especially addressing individuals who may gather outside and harass customers.
- Deter any criminal activity
- Engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures
- Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
- Provide Excellent customer service.
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
