Requirements

3+ years warehouse experience is required.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Forklift experience is required.
Basic PC skills are required.
The position will be required to perform basic math.
Excellent oral communication skills and leadership ability.

Nice To Haves

Experience supervising other employees is preferred.
English/Spanish bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates the receiving and storing of finished goods.
Contacts carrier representative to arrange and issue instructions for delivery of materials.
Assists shipping employees with the loading of trucks as needed.
Implements changes to processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
Maintains an organized and clean work area.
Assists in the raw materials warehouse as needed.
Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.
