About The Position

The Distribution Center Supervisor serves as a front-line supervisor and maintains daily production flow for outbound operations through motivating and managing DC Associates on the outbound team. In this role, the DC Supervisor will have a direct impact on the continuous improvement process to improve accuracy, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. This position will be working on the DC front-line operations (picking/checking orders) approximately 40 – 50% of the time.

Requirements

• 3 years of distribution experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to travel by car and plane to meetings and events.
• Certified (at time of hire or within 3 months of hire) to operate forklift, reach truck, stock picker, WAV picker, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment.
• Must successfully clear a background check through applicable pharmaceutical boards and pass a designated representative certification course as soon as eligible and maintain these clearances on an ongoing basis.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Business, Logistics, or closely related field.
• 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment (so as to be eligible for the pharmaceutical board certification).
