About The Position

D&B Supply is seeking an experienced, hands-on Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations while promoting a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment. This individual will oversee warehouse team members, coordinate workflow, and ensure the efficient movement of inventory while maintaining high standards of accuracy, customer service, and safety. This position is primarily a Monday through Friday schedule, providing an excellent work-life balance. However, candidates should understand that occasional Saturday work may be required to support business needs, inventory, or special projects. The successful candidate is a leader who leads by example, works alongside their team when needed, communicates effectively, and understands the importance of accountability, teamwork, and customer service. We are looking for someone who can build a positive culture while driving productivity and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or similar operational environment.
• Must have directly supervised a team of at least 20 employees.
• Working knowledge of basic warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and material handling.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must be over the age of 18 to work in the distribution center.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a high-volume distribution center.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead daily warehouse operations.
• Manage employee scheduling, productivity, and workflow.
• Coach, train, and develop warehouse team members.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and operational quality standards.
• Coordinate receiving, shipping, replenishment, and order fulfillment activities.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure operational success.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
