This role is part of our world-class Distribution Center, where products are received, processed, and shipped. The Direct to Consumer Specialist department is looking for Pickers/Packers/Loaders to join our e-commerce team. As a Picker/Packer/Loader, you will utilize cutting-edge technology and powered equipment to pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that every package meets our high standards. Your attention to detail will be essential as you navigate computer-based programs to streamline order processing and exceed customer expectations. This role offers full-time hours onsite, competitive hourly rates, and room for growth. The Replenishment and Putaway Specialist role ensures our inventory is always stocked and organized for seamless operations. With keen attention to detail and precision, you'll ensure that every item is accurately stored and easily accessible, enabling us to meet the demands of our customers effectively. This role offers full-time hours with competitive hourly rates. The Store Replenishment Specialist is responsible for picking, loading and securing product on our trucks waiting to make their road trip across the country to our many stores. The Inbound Specialist is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and accurately processing merchandise into the Distribution Center, ensuring product is available for storage and replenishment operations.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 3 months combined work history
  • Proficiency in operating multiple pieces of warehouse powered equipment (walkie rider, stock chaser, stand up forklift, order picker, and/or reach truck)
  • Ability to pass background checks and investigations due to foreign, federal, state and local regulations; based on position responsibility and sensitivity, periodic check and reinvestigations may be performed
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
  • Arrives on time and is prepared to begin work at the scheduled shift time and committed to working scheduled hours with flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization
  • Flexible, with a positive attitude and passion for knowledge
  • Possesses focused attention to detail while working quickly and accurately under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a Distribution Center or warehouse environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of various distribution systems such as labor management system, radio frequency devices and voice picking preferred

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the voice picking system to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensures the correct quantity and quality of items are picked/packed for each order according to established procedures
  • Maintains a safe work area, adhering to safety policies and procedures
  • Supports and works in various departments throughout the Distribution Center
  • Responsible for timely and accurately relocating inventory from the Receiving dock to either open-air reserve locations or active pick locations
  • Responsible for using a manual pallet jack and operating multiple pieces of warehouse powered equipment (walkie rider, stock chaser, stand up forklift, order picker, and/or reach truck) to perform putaway tasks in multi-level pick modules
  • Utilize handheld devices to receive replenishment and putaway tasks
  • Ability to maneuver equipment, navigating aisles, and using the lift mechanism to reach high racks
  • Adheres to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Maintains inventory accuracy throughout the Distribution Center
  • Picks, loads and secures product on trucks for store replenishment
  • Receives, inspects, processes and accepts merchandise into the Distribution Center
  • Checks in freight and ensures accuracy of products received
  • Stows product throughout the Distribution Center ensuring accuracy
  • Operates motorized and non-motorized equipment (certification required)
  • Consistently meets all Labor Management and productivity standards
  • Maintains a clean and safe Distribution Center, adhering to safety policies and procedures
  • Trains and supports other departments throughout the Distribution Center as needed
  • Arrives promptly to work the assigned schedule
  • Responsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer information
  • Receives, inspects, processes, and accepts merchandise into the Distribution Center
  • Checks in freight and verifies the accuracy and condition of products received
  • Stows product throughout the Distribution Center while maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Utilizes warehouse systems and scanning technology to process inbound merchandise
  • Understands all areas of the inbound process, including receiving, putaway, and inventory control
