About The Position

Arhaus is hiring for distribution center roles, including Equipment Operator and General Warehouse Associate. Equipment Operators operate equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. General Warehouse Associates support the business through all aspects of receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise. Positions are available at Boston Heights and Walton Hills on day and night schedules. Boston Heights schedules include four 10-hour days Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour nights Monday through Thursday, or three 12-hour days Friday through Sunday. Walton Hills schedules include five 8-hour days or nights Monday through Friday. The job fair is scheduled for Friday, November 6, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 51 E Hines Hill Road, Boston Heights, Ohio 44236. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift, push, or pull 150 pounds or more.
Ability to operate equipment at a potential height of 35 feet for Equipment Operator roles.
Working knowledge of computer programs.
Understanding of general distribution and warehouse practices, including unloading, loading, picking, and shipping/receiving processes and procedures.
Ability to adapt quickly to change, multitask, and manage competing priorities.
Ability to build respectful and effective working relationships and collaborate toward common goals.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Initiative, integrity, honesty, and accountability.

Nice To Haves

One to two years of experience in a distribution center and/or warehouse setting.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise (Equipment Operator).
Support all aspects of receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise (General Warehouse Associate).
Perform tasks while standing for extended periods and carry out repetitive movements.
Carry and move furniture weighing 150 pounds or more.
