This role is responsible for leading a safe, scalable, high-performing distribution center by strengthening leadership capability, optimizing operational systems, and driving continuous improvement that supports our Brand Promise and long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Building and developing leaders who create accountability, engagement, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
  • Driving fulfillment, inventory, facilities, safety, and operational performance while balancing current needs with future scalability.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and infrastructure through data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborating across departments to align operational execution with broader business goals and customer outcomes.
  • Lead fulfillment, receiving, inventory, warehouse, and facilities operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable execution of our Brand Promise.
  • Develop leaders, establish accountability, and create a culture focused on engagement, performance, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee capacity planning, labor strategy, inventory accuracy, facilities maintenance, equipment reliability, and operational readiness.
  • Utilize data, technology, and operational metrics to improve productivity, service levels, quality, and profitability.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Finance, and Technology teams to align operational execution with business objectives.
  • Drive strategic projects, process improvements, and infrastructure enhancements that support future growth and scalability.
