About The Position

Unique Industries is seeking safety-minded, detail-oriented entry-level Distribution Center Associates in Blairs, Virginia. Associates contribute to efficient workflow within a department by selecting products for requested work and performing general warehouse duties. The role involves coordinating with department areas, communicating workflow problems to leads or a supervisor, and maintaining constructive working relationships. A commitment to company-wide quality and safety is required. Other duties may be assigned, and management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time. The starting hourly pay rate is $13.50. Actual pay is determined based on the candidate's qualifications, the Company's compensation guidelines, and business needs. Requirements

Ability to use Radio Frequency (RF) scanners.
Ability to understand basic written and oral instructions.
Ability to perform basic math.
No prior experience or training is needed.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Frequently stand, walk, sit, and use repetitive hand motions.
Occasionally reach overhead, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
