About The Position

As a Distribution Coordinator at MKS Inc., you will partner with internal and external customers to provide world class distribution center centric support. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor of Materials. You Will Make an Impact By: Responsible for performing the physical or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production and customers.

Requirements

Experience in shipping, receiving and stores
Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills
1+ years of related experience

Nice To Haves

Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred
