This role involves a combination of administrative duties and physical tasks, including responding to phone and email inquiries, scheduling and processing orders, investigating errors, and other administrative responsibilities. A significant portion of the role also involves actively contributing to the DC team by participating in tasks related to picking, shipping, and receiving to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse activities.
