Requirements

Demonstrated reliability and ability to consistently perform physical, manual labor (emptying 18-wheeler trucks).
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in environments with moving equipment and variable temperatures.
Proficient in reading and interpreting distribution documents.
Ability to safely operate RF scanners and material handling equipment.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Must have reliable transportation to the worksite.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
1 year or more of relevant warehouse/distribution experience.
Experience handling MHE (Material Handling Equipment).
Electric pallet jack certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Process customer orders: scan barcodes, pick cases, and label boxes for shipment.
Palletize orders: scan, retrieve, and organize completed orders on pallets.
Operate RF scanners and material handling equipment to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Verify order accuracy and prepare products for safe shipment.
Perform dock manifest tasks, including shrink wrapping and scanning completed pallets.
Operate manual/ground manifest stations as required.
Support other warehouse positions as a backup during absences or vacations.
