About The Position

The Distribution Associate is responsible for handling the inbound and outbound movement of materials, reagents, instruments, and equipment to meet customer expectations. Work includes receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control. The role is part of Cytiva’s Shipping/Receiving and Distribution department in Logan, Utah, and is performed onsite. It reports to the 1st Shift Distribution Manager.

The position works the 1st shift, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. It includes general warehouse duties and forklift operation. The role is eligible for bonus or incentive pay. Cytiva offers eligible employees paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work the 1st shift, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Commitment to quality and safety.

Nice To Haves

• Basic math skills.
• Warehouse or forklift experience.
