Requirements

Able to keep accurate number counts when distributing merchandise
Excellent communicator with the ability to listen and adapt
Builds and maintains trust by using sound judgment
Collaborative and customer-centric
Willing to go above and beyond when needed
Live an active lifestyle
Position requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break task sequencing, and using point-of-sale computers.
Occasional moderate to heavy (10-25+lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of operations experience preferred
Strong business acumen and retail industry knowledge preferred
RICS knowledge at an operational level preferred

Responsibilities

Assisting merchandise distribution to stores
Pulling footwear and accessories for store transfers
Accurately counting and stickering incoming apparel/accessories
Helping to keep accurate inventory numbers for apparel and accessory merchandise
Maintaining a clean an efficient work area for distribution operations
Maintain a fun and positive work environment for distribution staff
Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities and functions
