About The Position

At STIIIZY, we value the versatility and adaptability of our employees. While the primary focus of this role is Distribution Associate, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs. A Distribution Associate is an employee responsible for fulfilling orders and arranging outgoing packed orders for delivery. Their duties include interpreting sales orders and pulling the correct product, performing quality control assessments and stacking items safely and securely in the right packaging. This position starts at $17.00/hour. All duties and responsibilities are essential functions and requirements and are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities. Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
  • Strong reading and communication skills.
  • Must be over 21 years of age.
  • Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
  • Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
  • Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
  • Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfilling orders and arranging outgoing packed orders for delivery.
  • Interpreting sales orders and pulling the correct product.
  • Performing quality control assessments and stacking items safely and securely in the right packaging.
  • Following company picking/packing procedures.
  • Efficiently pulling product(s) based on daily orders.
  • Ensuring order pick/count accuracy.
  • Meeting specifics set forth by supervisor(s) for all orders promptly.
  • Reporting out any discrepancies or adjustments needed by the supervisor.
  • Handling inventory with care and attention to detail.
  • Following good manufacturing practices and required work safety practices.
  • Operating various pieces of equipment like Pallet Jack, pallet wrapper.
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
  • Performing work under direct supervision.
  • Handling basic issues and problems and referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Performing other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.
  • Undergoing cross-training in various roles within the department as required.
