About The Position

Yonex USA specializes in producing technologically advanced sports equipment to enable players, both amateur and professional, to play tennis, badminton, and golf at a higher level. The Distribution will be supporting the overall operations of the warehouse by receiving orders from Customer Service and accurately pulling, packing, and shipping products to our customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred
• Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Possess strong oral and written communication and the ability to work through difficult customers with professionalism and diplomacy
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Strong organizational skills and able to manage priorities and workflow
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Acute attention to detail
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certified is a plus

Responsibilities

• Receive picks (orders) from Customer Service and pull, pack, and ship
• Handle shipping, receiving, and moving requests from other departments
• Provide tracking numbers and shipping fee estimation as requested by Customer Service
• Receive and unload products and sort and place products on racks, shelves, and bins according to the predetermined inventory procedure
• Place vibration stoppers, UPC stickers, and POPs on products
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment
• Perform required administrative tasks
• Perform quarterly physical inventory counts
• Other duties as assigned by management
