Contest Every Race (CER) is seeking a Distributed Neighborhood Captains Program Manager to build and manage Movement Labs' distributed Neighborhood Captains program. The program aims to scale the concept of neighborhood captains to support hundreds of county parties across the country in moving vote share and potentially flipping congressional seats. This is a localized Field Persuasion Program where volunteer captains will be recruited to own a list of roughly 50 voters in their own community and make contact with them multiple times before the election. The ideal candidate is a digitally creative organizer, comfortable with digital tools, and adept at finding bespoke, creative ways to integrate systems for problem-solving and results. This role requires managing a training manager, designing and owning the program's digital infrastructure (onboarding, communication, data systems), and ensuring systems are in place for tracking program health, reporting on metrics, and using data for decision-making. Experience managing staff in a campaign environment and fostering an inclusive team culture is essential, as is familiarity with county Democratic parties and volunteer experiences.
