Requirements
- Experience communicating verbally and/or in writing, guiding end users through computer related inquiries.
- Two years of experience with supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office
- Two years of work-related experience deploying, supporting, and maintaining, or troubleshooting computer hardware/software.
- Two years of work-related experience troubleshooting and handling Microsoft Windows operating systems in an office environment.
Nice To Haves
- Associate or higher degree in any Computer related field or a current A+ or network+ certification can substitute for the following minimum requirements on a year for year basis.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and coordinating resolution of hardware, software, and network communication problems
- Assisting with planning and designing of office network layouts
- Evaluating the effectiveness of hardware, software, and communication performance
- Researching and recommending improvements and solutions
- Installing and maintaining an inventory of computers and electronic equipment
- Providing training and support to peers and other teams
