About The Position

Campari technical early career program – Distillery of Talents Project: Process Engineer Bottling & Production Supervisor. If so, keep reading… As a part of Distillery of Talents, you will participate in a structured program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in a technical role within Campari Group. Through a combination of hands-on experience, mentorship, and training, you will gain a deep understanding of our industry, products, and services, and develop expertise in key technical areas. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering technical assistance to support different manufacturing functions and activities in the Wild Turkey Bottling Department.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the manufacturing bottling process.
  • Increase yields by completing Operational Efficiency improvement projects using data to drive project selection.
  • Use lean manufacturing problem solving methods to identify the root cause of the issue to be fixed.
  • Manage smaller capital investment projects in Bottling relating to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in a structured program that covers various technical topics, including but not limited to bottling, ops excellence, engineering, etc.
  • Experience different departments and teams within the company through a rotational program.
  • Work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to various aspects of our business operations.
  • Work on real-world projects and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and gain practical experience.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams and clients as needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues, offer solutions, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices.
  • Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project objectives.
  • Communicate technical concepts and ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Corporate exposure to Supply Chain Lead Team throughout the program.
