Campari technical early career program – Distillery of Talents Project: Process Engineer Bottling & Production Supervisor. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering technical assistance to support different manufacturing functions and activities in the Wild Turkey Bottling Department.
Drive continuous improvement of the manufacturing bottling process.
Increase yields by completing Operational Efficiency improvement projects using data to drive project selection.
Use lean manufacturing problem solving methods to identify the root cause of the issue to be fixed.
Manage smaller capital investment projects in Bottling relating to continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in a structured program that covers various technical topics, including but not limited to bottling, ops excellence, engineering, etc.
Experience different departments and teams within the company through a rotational program.
Work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to various aspects of our business operations.
Work on real-world projects and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and gain practical experience.
Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams and clients as needed.
Troubleshoot issues, offer solutions, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices.
