About The Position

This role involves the start-up, operation, shut down, and sanitation of crushing, pressing, various tanks, and pumping equipment. The operator will also be responsible for receiving and drawing samples from raw material deliveries, maintaining records and reports, accurately measuring and transferring products, and communicating effectively with team members and management.

Requirements

• Ability to read, understand and carry out basic written and oral instruction.
• Ability to work all shifts, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Ability to keep working area clean and organized.
• Mechanical aptitude, detail-oriented, punctual, and have a good attendance record.
• Licensed and able to drive/operate various plant trucks, forklift, and loaders.
• Good attitude with a cooperative relationship with co-workers and management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to read and follow operating manuals, written instructions, and work orders.
• Adequate transportation to and from work.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to lift and move 80 pounds.

Responsibilities
