Distillation Operator
About The Position
The Production Distillation Operator safely operates, monitors, and maintains distillation and related processing equipment used to produce citrus oils, citrus-derived ingredients, apple essences, and other food-grade products. The role carries out production activities according to operating procedures, production schedules, quality specifications, food safety requirements, and company safety policies. The operator monitors process conditions, makes appropriate operating adjustments, accurately documents production activities, and ensures finished products meet established quality and food safety standards. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with equipment in a food manufacturing environment.
