The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and resolving customer disputes and chargebacks in a timely and accurate manner. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of financial transactions and dispute processes. In this role, you’ll be reviewing chargebacks and payment disputes, figuring out what happened, and working with different teams to make things right, fast and fair.
