About The Position

Serve as the onsite point of contact during Xerox implementations. Lead Xerox carriers, third-party installation resources, analysts, and trainers. Coordinate equipment delivery, placement, installation, moves, and removal according to approved future-state designs. Ensure devices are properly configured, tested, networked, and asset tagged. Collect and maintain asset data, including make, model, serial number, MAC address, IP address, and location. Coordinate asset disposition and ensure removed equipment is disconnected from the client network and properly staged. Communicate onsite progress, issues, and exceptions to the Implementation Manager/Coordinator. Extensive travel throughout the U.S. and occasional weekend travel required. Must be able to walk extensively and lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• A+ and Network+ (N+) certifications required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree and MCSE, CNE, or other technical certification preferred.
