About The Position

Lead the development of next-generation display technology throughout the GPDS/OPD program lifecycle, from requirements definition and design through testing, issue resolution, and production release. Partner with cross-functional teams—including Program, Design Studio, Core LCD, Interior, and TPP—to deliver display modules that meet engineering requirements, program milestones, and production-readiness goals. The role also represents Center Stack EESE components in vehicle architecture meetings and coordinates with global Body Interior, EESE, Program Integration teams, and Tier 1 suppliers on Center Stack engineering, packaging, design, performance, and attributes. The position manages Center Stack assembly BOMs, develops 3D CAD components and assemblies, establishes interface strategies, and provides EESE CAD data for CAE model, crash, and thermal analysis. Candidates for positions with Ford Motor Company must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. Candidates within commuting distance of a Ford hub may be required to work onsite four or more days per week.
