About The Position

PureCars is seeking a talented Production Designer to join our Creative team to help serve the advertising needs of our automotive clients throughout the US and Canada. The Production Designer will partner with our internal Business Development team working with various automotive brands to create 100s of Web Banners, Social Ads, and Display ads. They will help build and utilize design templates used for these programs to efficiently create and update the creative as needed throughout the month. The Production Designer will also partner with internal account managers and our Performance team to create all these digital design assets to be seen by users across social media, and programmatic display.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Designer and creation using Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, etc.) either directly for a brand or with an agency.
  • Prior experience designing web banners
  • Strong knowledge of ad layout principles and aesthetic design concepts as well as current online media trends and technology.
  • Being organized and having systems to keep yourself on track
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment in which meticulous attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to work fairly independently and are reliable to prioritize and complete tasks in the most efficient order

Nice To Haves

  • The ability to use After Effects and basic scripting is a plus
  • The ability to use Figma is a plus
  • Experience in the auto industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create, revise, and assemble a wide variety of digital assets for website, display, and social ads using Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Learn and understand the specific requirements for all automotive OEM display advertising guidelines and ensure that all work meets departmental standards and OEM compliance regulations.
  • Help build and utilize internal tools and work with importing data to various templates to create large batches of creative.
  • Organizing and keeping track of various design cases or projects across multiple teams.
  • Help build new design templates to quickly replicate creative assets across multiple client groups and use existing templates to update or create new monthly creative.
  • Take direction and requests from customers to create new creative while incorporating specific assets or requirements by various Brands
  • Proactively communicate with internal teams to ensure that design project updates, general questions, or follow-up are happening as needed.
  • Excellent eye for detail combined with a creative mind for developing catchy, engaging designs.
