About The Position

As a Dispensing Operator, you will be responsible for staging and dispensing of raw materials, cleaning dispensing area, while ensuring compliance with cGMP and SOP’s.

Requirements

Basic math skills including units of measurement (i.e., weight, size, volume).
Record keeping skills.
The ability to follow detailed instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Must have basic language skills.
Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
Analytical skills
Attention to detail
Teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to work on weekends (occasionally and if necessary)
Be very responsible and punctual

Responsibilities

Follow all company policies and procedures.
Comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and other regulatory and Safety requirements.
Have complete understanding of all dispensing documentation (i.e., batch records, lot numbers, expiration dates, release dates).
Open bags, boxes and other containers to be dispensed.
Use scales to measure raw materials.
Weigh drums individually and all together to verify the weight.
Label all bags/containers appropriately with product name, lot, batch number, weight, etc.
Use a logbook to document product name, the amount of raw materials used, equipment used, etc.
Assist machine operators as needed.
Maintain safe work environment
Assuring use of raw materials to specifications
Assist in training as needed
Performs other duties as assigned.
