About The Position

Pure Dakota Health is a locally owned and operated medical cannabis dispensary expanding throughout North Dakota. The company is hiring a full-time Dispensing Agent at its Fargo dispensary. The role assists patients with purchases, recommends cannabis products, operates the cash register, and accurately processes payments and patient information in a fast-paced environment. Dispensing Agents provide product knowledge, help patients select products, and maintain store visual standards through stocking, cleaning, and sanitation.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to engage positively with a variety of people.
• Cash-handling experience and the ability to balance a cash register each shift.
• At least two years of retail and/or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and professionally.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; point-of-sale system experience is preferred.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Professional appearance, actions, and verbal communication.
• Ability to work days and evenings Tuesday through Saturday.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass an extensive state-mandated background check; no felonies allowed.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Point-of-sale system experience.
