About The Position

Pure Dakota Health, a locally owned and operated medical cannabis dispensary, is hiring a full-time Dispensing Agent at its Bismarck dispensary. The role focuses on helping patients with purchases, recommending cannabis products, processing transactions accurately, and providing a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Agents also maintain store standards through stocking, cleaning, and sanitation. The schedule requires availability for days and evenings Tuesday through Saturday.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to engage positively with a variety of people.
• Cash-handling experience and the ability to balance a cash register each shift.
• At least two years of retail and/or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and professionally.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; point-of-sale system experience preferred.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Professional appearance, actions, and verbal communication.
• Availability to work days and evenings Tuesday through Saturday.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass an extensive state-mandated background check; no felonies allowed.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Point-of-sale system experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with an exceptional customer experience while accurately entering and processing patient information and transactions.
• Operate the cash register and process payments.
• Provide product knowledge about medicating options, methods of consumption, and strains.
• Assist patients with product selection.
• Maintain store visual standards through stocking, cleaning, and sanitation.
