All positions are brand ambassadors and customer service representatives for the Higher Collective brand in our retail locations. All are responsible for exemplary Customer Service, always providing customers with a smooth experience in purchasing adult-use cannabis products that we offer. We're seeking individuals with exceptional personalities, work ethic and who work well in high traffic environments. We are seeking candidates with flexible availabilities who are also able to work nights and weekends. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Team Leads are pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensary and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cannabis products, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the industry. Responsible for leading, mentoring and motivations staff, in addition to fulfilling orders behind the retail counter and issuing pre- packaged products that have been purchased to customers.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills, with ability to actively learn about cannabis products available.
  • Prior Budtender experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to navigate Point of Sale systems.
  • Must have flexible and open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must have the ability to successfully pass a background check annually.
  • Must have the ability for approval of agent registration card from the DCP.
  • Must be able to move about the dispensary, handle various types of equipment and computer systems, including a point-of-sale system.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy working with customers and coworkers.
  • Good listener, and natural salesperson.
  • Ability to keep up with fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work independently fulfilling orders and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Passionate about collaboration and ensuring our customers are informed about our product offerings.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Team Lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide top tier team support and customer service, with a compliance mindset.
  • Entering patient and order information into the point-of-sale system; processing payment; finalizing patient orders.
  • Responsible for inventory and cash reconciliation procedures.
  • Perform new patient consultations as needed.
  • Maintain compliances with the Adult Use Marijuana Program rules and regulations.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by General Manager.
  • Responsible for interfacing with managers in all departments to ensure smooth running of the dispensary.
  • Stays informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations and industry news.
  • Leading, mentoring and motivating staff.
  • Fulfilling orders behind the retail counter.
  • Issuing pre-packaged products that have been purchased to customers.
