About The Position

STIIIZY is seeking a Dispensary Sales Associate to join their team in California. This role is crucial in providing an exceptional customer experience within the recreational cannabis market. The Sales Associate will act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, advising customers on cannabis products, building relationships, and driving sales to meet company goals. The position emphasizes teamwork, positive interactions, and adherence to company values and regulations. This is a part-time role with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High school diploma
• Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability
• Open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• All employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs

• Create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships; exceed the customers' expectations by delivering exceptional service
• Drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers; successfully achieve sales goals and business metrics
• Pick & pack orders
• Accurately handle cash transactions by operating the point-of-sale system, maintaining precise register
• Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily
• Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures
• Be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures
• Abide by all company policies and programs
• Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations
• Other duties may be assigned
