About The Position

STIIIZY is seeking a Dispensary Sales Associate to join their team in California. This role is for individuals interested in the growing cannabis industry who want to be part of a consumer-centric organization focused on providing an exceptional customer experience and building customer loyalty. The Sales Associate will act as a brand ambassador, providing knowledgeable advice on cannabis products, curating customer experiences, and driving sales to meet company goals. This position starts as part-time at $19.50/hour plus tips.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High school diploma
• Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability
• Open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• All employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs

• Demonstrate an elevated level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go beyond expectations
• Create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships; exceed the customers' expectations by delivering exceptional service
• Drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers; successfully achieve sales goals and business metrics
• Pick & pack orders
• Accurately handle cash transactions by operating the point-of-sale system, maintaining precise register
• Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily
• Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures
• Be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures
• Abide by all company policies and programs
• Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations
• Other duties may be assigned
