Requirements

Minimum 1 year previous management experience in retail, preferably in the cannabis industry.
A genuine love for cannabis and a desire to share your knowledge with others.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
Understanding of state regulations and a commitment to maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales goals.
Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with state regulations.
Create a welcoming environment, assist customers in finding the perfect products, and educate them about cannabis.
Recruit, train, and develop a team of budtenders.
Collaborate on marketing strategies, plan in-store events, and promote Electric Lettuce within the community.
