Requirements
- Minimum 1 year previous management experience in retail, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- A genuine love for cannabis and a desire to share your knowledge with others.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Understanding of state regulations and a commitment to maintaining compliance.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales goals.
- Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Create a welcoming environment, assist customers in finding the perfect products, and educate them about cannabis.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of budtenders.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies, plan in-store events, and promote Electric Lettuce within the community.
