About The Position

NETA Brookline is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate/Budtender to join their team. This dynamic retail role in the cannabis industry focuses on creating exceptional customer experiences. The position offers up to 30 hours per week, including weekday, evening, and weekend shifts. Requirements

• 21+ years old
• 1+ year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Cannabis industry experience
• Bilingual skills
• Inventory management or POS system experience (Dutchie preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest
• Educate customers on products and make personalized recommendations
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Prepare and package online and in-store orders
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining an organized sales floor
• Verify customer documentation and maintain accurate records
• Stay current on promotions, products, and industry regulations
