Dispatcher – Waterford, CT Location: 20 Rope Ferry Rd, Waterford, CT 06385 Pay Range: $27 - $28.50 per hour Looking for a fast-paced role where you can make a real impact every day? Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with dispatch equipment and systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Computer proficiency
• Must pass DOT drug test and physical (Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, not permitted)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bus routes and scheduling
• Support, coach, and guide drivers and monitors
• Manage radio and phone communication
• Address scheduling issues and driver concerns
• Serve as the main point of contact for our school district partners
• Assist with payroll, charters, billing, and more
• Step in with clerical support or as a backup driver when needed
• Lead or assist with special projects
