The Dispatcher handles all incoming phone calls and dispatches hot-shot requests in a timely and orderly fashion in order to best meet the needs of our dealers in most efficient manner possible, while also assisting in warehouse and with office duties as needed. Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel.
• Good knowledge of the geographical area
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Must work effectively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in telephone and dispatch operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Manage hot-shot drivers in a manner that will deliver the best and most efficient hot-shot service possible.
• Wait on and assist all walk-in customers by providing each customer with courteous service and information to satisfy their battery need(s).
• Handle and balance invoices generated
• Follow-up with largest customers weekly to ensure customer satisfaction and battery supply is adequate.
• Assist with warehouse and office duties as needed
• Other duties as assigned
