Requirements

  • 1-2 years in transportation, dispatch, or high-volume customer service.
  • Elite interpersonal skills; you must be able to communicate effectively via email, phone, and two-way radio.
  • A proven ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
  • High school diploma required
  • Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide valid documentation confirming their eligibility to work in the country where the job is located prior to their start date.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of communication, dispatching calls to routes and ensuring drivers have everything they need to succeed.
  • Work closely with routing specialists to find the most efficient paths, saving time and resources.
  • Proactively identify potential delivery or pickup issues and resolve them before they impact the customer.
  • Partner with Maintenance, Sales, and Operations to ensure a seamless workflow and a "one-team" culture.
  • Perform driver check-ins, review paperwork for accuracy, and assist in determining staffing levels to maximize responsiveness.
