Requirements

• Strong geographical knowledge.
• Expertise in routing pick-up and delivery drivers and route drivers.
• Ability to improve route efficiencies through daily adjustments.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and other computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including forecasting future needs.
• Create and optimize route sequences.
• Address customer and employee requests, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Maintain safety standards per federal, state, and company policies.
• Forecast and communicate equipment needs.
• Perform data entry and distribution.
• Continuously improve route efficiencies through regular maintenance.
