About The Position

MERJ Fleet Services, Inc. has been serving WNY and the surrounding areas since May of 2015. Launching with only two employees, owners Joseph and Rebecca LaPaglia, the company has grown to almost 54 employees. Requirements

Ability to take service calls and dispatch emergency roadside repair or towing services.
Proficiency in documenting necessary information for repairs or tows.
Experience with data entry of work orders.
Experience processing credit card phone orders and entering payments via Intuit software.
Experience entering payments by check and virtual credit card emails.
Familiarity with obtaining Event Numbers for thruway calls and closing events.
Experience using Thruway camera app, Life 360, and Fleetmatics Reveal.
Ability to assist technicians/mechanics with service and tow call related questions.

Responsibilities

Taking service calls and dispatching incoming calls for emergency roadside repair or towing services needed to the mechanic/technicians.
Follow company protocol for documenting all necessary information on the repair or tow that is needed.
Follow up with input of service calls and tows.
Data entry of work orders given to you through email or hardcopy by road-service techs and mechanics from jobs completed on roadside or off site facilities.
Processing of credit card phone orders and entering in payments collected from customers through the software application of Intuit.
Entering payments by check and virtual credit card emails from customers.
Call to get Event Number for thruway calls and close event when work is completed.
Use of Thruway camera app, Life 360, and Fleetmatics Reveal.
Assist technicians/mechanics with questions relating to service and tow calls.
