Requirements

Minimum 2 years of office and/or customer service experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to think quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Previous dispatching experience
Experience with scheduling, routing, or customer management software
A positive attitude and willingness to help others
Strong planning and scheduling skills
The ability to proactively solve problems rather than simply react to them
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of customers and team members

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch HVAC and Plumbing Service Technicians efficiently
Review and optimize technician routes to maximize productivity
Answer incoming calls from existing customers and provide exceptional customer service
Accurately enter and maintain service ticket information
Create dispatch numbers for parts orders and service work
Track and follow up on parts orders
Schedule appointments for parts installations and return visits
Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal departments
Help ensure all service calls are completed efficiently and professionally
